Rental inquiries

When you send an inquiry, we receive your name, email address, message, and any travel dates or guest count you provide. We use that information to respond and discuss your stay. The form sends your inquiry through Cloudflare to the owner’s Gmail inbox. We don’t use inquiry details for advertising.

Spam prevention and hosting

Cloudflare hosts this site and provides Turnstile spam protection. These services process technical information such as your IP address and browser information to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources, and actions such as submitting an inquiry. Analytics may use cookies and process device and usage information. We do not send the contents of your inquiry, name, email address, or travel dates to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our website configuration.

Your information

Inquiry emails remain in the owner’s inbox while needed to respond and handle the rental relationship. To ask about or request deletion of your inquiry information, email hello@gulfshoresstay.com.
